Innate Spellcasting. Zala's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). They can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Spellcasting. Zala is a 5th-level spellcaster. Their spell-casting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). They regain their expended spell slots when they finish a long rest. They know the following Sorcerer spells:
Cantrips (at will): blade ward, mending, mind sliver, prestidigitation, On/Off
1st Level (4 spell slots): feather fall, cause fear
2nd Level (3 spell slots): mirror image, wither and bloom, shadow blade
3rd Level (2 spell slots): invisibility to cameras, vampiric touch
Haunted. Zala serves as the host to a trio of lost spirits. Each of these spirits carry fragments of their past lives that they can pass on to Zala to aid him. Once a day each, Zala can add his proficiency bonus to a Wisdom (Medicine) check, an Intelligence (Arcana) check, and a Charisma (Intimidation) check. If Zala's HP reaches 0, a shadowy CR 3 Sword Wraith rises from his body to defend him. If Zala is attacked while at 0 HP, or he is no longer under threat, the Sword Wraith is banished. Lost Child. Zala can speak telepathically with any creature within 60ft that he can see. Any creature he speaks to through this manner must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed. The charmed creature feels a deep urge to care for and protect Zala, as if they were their own child. The charmed creature is not under Zala's control, but they will always take his best interest in mind. If Zala or his allies act in a hostile manner towards the charmed creature, they can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on themself. Otherwise, the effect lasts for 24 hours or until Zala dies or is on another plane of existence from the target. If the target's saving throw is successful, they are immune to this effect for the next 24 hours. Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, Zala has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Bootknife. Melee or Ranged weapon attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft., or range 20/60ft, one target. Hit: 4 (1d4+2) piercing damage.
