Actions

Worm Infected Vomit The Wyrmling spews a bile of acidic vomit with colonies of worms on a creature within 20 feet. Affected creature must make a DC16 Dexterity saving throw or take 4d8 acid damage, and be covered with flesh eating worms. The worms deal 1d4 acid damage at the end of the affected creatures turn, and can be removed with an action by that creature or another allied creature within 5 feet. If the vomit is directed into a corpse, or if a creature dies from the worms, they will revive as an infected zombie the next turn.   Bite The wyrmling attempts to bite a creature. Melee Attack +4 to hit, 5ft range, one target. Hit 7 (1d10+2) piercing damage.

A rotting carcass of a wyrmling with pus filled sores and oozing holes of worms throughout its body. Its abdomen hangs down as its round scales show signs of writhing beneath.
