Spellcasting. Rikkan is a 9th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks) and he has the following paladin spells prepared.

1st level (4 slots): shield of faith, detect magic, divine favour
2nd level (3 slots): aid, lesser restoration
3rd level (2 slots): elemental weapon


Lay on Hands. Rikkan can heal wounds simply by touching them. This functions as per a paladin of 9th level. Rikkan has 45 points in his pool of Healing that replenish after a long rest.   As an action, he can touch a creature and draw power from the pool to restore a number of Hit Points to that creature, up to the maximum amount remaining.   Alternatively, he can expend 5 Hit Points from his pool of Healing to cure the target of one disease or neutralize one poison affecting it. You can cure multiple Diseases and neutralize multiple Poisons with a single use of Lay on Hands, expending Hit Points separately for each one.   This feature has no effect on Undead and Constructs.

Divine Smite. When Rikkan hits a creature with a melee weapon attack, he can expend one spell slot to deal radiant damage to the target, in addition to the weapon's damage. The extra damage is 2d8 for a 1st-level spell slot, plus 1d8 for each Spell Level higher than 1st, to a maximum of 5d8. The damage increases by 1d8 if the target is an Undead or a fiend.

Aura of Protection. Whenever Rikkan or a friendly creature within 10 feet of him must make a saving throw, the creature gains a +2 bonus to the saving throw.

Aura of Devotion. Rikkan and friendly creatures within 10 feet of him can't be charmed while he is conscious.

Sacred Weapon. As an action, Rikkan can imbue one weapon that he is holding with positive energy. For 1 minute, he gains +2 to attack rolls made with that weapon. The weapon also emits bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light 20 feet beyond that. If the weapon is not already magical, it becomes magical for the duration.

Turn the Unholy. As an action, Rikkan focuses the holy symbol upon his forehead and speaks a prayer censuring fiends and undead. Each fiend or undead that can see or hear him within 30 feet must make a Wisdom saving throw. If the creature fails its saving throw, it is turned for 1 minute or until it takes damage.   A turned creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from Rikkan as it can, and it can't willingly move to a space within 30 feet of you. It also can't take reactions. For its action, it can use only the Dash action or try to escape from an effect that prevents it from moving. If there's nowhere to move, the creature can use the Dodge action.

Actions

Multiattack. Rikkan makes two melee attacks.

Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage, or 8 (1d10 + 3) slashing damage if used in two hands.

Reactions

Interception. When a creature Rikkan can see within 5 feet of him hits an ally with an attack, he can use his reaction to reduce the damage the target takes by 1d10 + 4 (to a minimum of 0 damage). This reaction can only be used while wielding a shield or a simple or martial weapon.
