Tarragon Eternus lays dormant within you no more. You have decided to aid him in his search for his freedom, so he may once more allow the world to bask in his glory. As his Vessel, however, you are expected to instill fear within the hearts of those you slay, and offer their hearts as a tax, allowing their very essence to be consumed. For even if it is but a minuscule thing, it aids him in his freedom all the same.
