Description

A Blacken Elf with a cloak around his body. Underneath he wears studded leather armor. It seems the cracks in his skin are much wider and deeper than most Blacken Elves, likely from extraneous experimentation with magic.

Ideals

Beat Prollter cares about his work over all else. He hopes that one day he can build an army with his completed rage serums.

Bonds

Beat Prollter is loyal to the Alchemist, a mysterious figure who shows great interest in Beat's work.

Flaws

Beat Prollter is so invested in his work, he seems mad to outsiders and will not hesitate to attack any who dare stop him.

Serum. Beat Prollter has four types of serums at his disposal. The serums can either be drunken or applied to his scimitars or crossbow bolts as a bonus action. The four serums are rage serum (4/day), healing serum (3/day), poison serum (9/day), and paralyzing serum (2/day).

Actions

Multiattack. Beat Prollter makes two melee attacks or two ranged attacks.   Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 1d20+6 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 6 (1d6+3) 1d6+3 slashing damage.   Hand Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 1d20+6 to hit, range 30/120, one target. Hit: 6 (1d6+3) 1d6+3 piercing damage.   Pan Flute of Changing Tides. Beat Prollter may use an action to play a tune with his pan flute, activating the switch within the floor of the portal room of Kal' Duln.

Reactions

Faze. Beat Prollter can use his reaction to take half damage on any ranged or melee attack.

Lair Actions

Kal' Duln. Within the portal room of the stronghold, 2 (1d4) 1d4 Kal' Duln Orcs will emerge from the portal each round. These Orcs may have a lower health count than most. They will only stop emerging once the portal has been closed with a sealing stone.
