Divine Sense
The presence of strong evil registers on Irene's senses like a noxious odor, and powerful good rings like heavenly music in her ears. As an action, she can open her awareness to detect such forces. Until the end of her next turn, Irene knows the location of any celestial, fiend, or undead within 60 feet of her that is not behind total cover. She knows the type (celestial, fiend, or undead) of any being whose presence she senses, but not its identity. Within the same radius, she also detects the presence of any place or object that has been consecrated or desecrated, as with the hallow spell.
She can use this feature 4 times before finishing a long rest.
Lay on Hands
Irene's blessed touch can heal wounds. She has a pool of healing power that replenishes when she takes a long rest. With that pool, she can restore a total number of 35 hit points.
As an action, she can touch a creature and draw power from the pool to restore a number of hit points to that creature, up to the maximum amount remaining in her pool.
Alternatively, she can expend 5 hit points from her pool of healing to cure the target of one disease or neutralize one poison affecting it. She can cure multiple diseases and neutralize multiple poisons with a single use of Lay on Hands, expending hit points separately for each one.
This feature has no effect on undead and constructs.
Divine Smite (3/Day)
When Irene hits a creature with a melee weapon attack, she can choose to deal an extra
3d8 radiant damage to the target, in addition to the weapon's damage.
Aura of Conquest:
Irene constantly eminates a menacing aura while she's not incapacitated. The aura extends 10 feet from her in every direction, but not through total cover.
If a creature is frightened of her, its speed is reduced to 0 while in the aura, and that creature takes 7 psychic damage if it starts its turn there.
Channel Divinity (1/Short Rest):
Conquering Presence
Irene can use her Channel Divinity to exude a terrifying presence. As an action, she forces each creature of her choice that she can see within 30 feet of her to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a creature becomes frightened of her for 1 minute. The frightened creature can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Guided Strike
Irene can use her Channel Divinity to strike with supernatural accuracy. When she makes an attack roll, she can choose to use her Channel Divinity to gain a +10 bonus to the roll.
Sculpt Spells:
Irene can create pockets of relative safety within the effects of her evocation spells. When she casts an evocation spell that affects others she can see, she can choose a number of them equal to 1 + the spell's level. The chosen creatures automatically succeed on their saving throws against the spell, and they take no damage if they would normally take half damage on a successful save.
Potent Cantrip:
Irene's damaging cantrips affect even creatures that avoid the brunt of the effect. When a creature succeeds a saving throw against your cantrip, the creature takes half the cantrip's damage (if any) but suffers no additional effect from the cantrip.
Actions
Multiattack. Irene can make one Rapier attack and one Spell attack, or two Rapier attacks.
Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 8 1d8+4 piercing damage.
Spell. Irene casts a spell.
