you gain the following effects
- have advantage on checks on grapple
- when you grapple a creature you deal 1d4 damage to it and after grappling a creature for a whole round the grappled creature takes 1d6 the damage dice increase every round for 4 rounds up to a max dice of 1d12 per round.
