Divine Command Scroll

Wondrous Item Very Rare

A glowing scroll imbued with a pact or promise of a divine. It loses its power once used by reading it aloud, which takes an action. Upon the successful use of the item (in battle, the user must take a turn reading the item), the god of whom the scroll is meant for is summoned. The god can be asked of a favor or request, in which the god will interpret and preform.
