Effects
Spend an action to throw a glass bottle filled with highly flamable fuel at a creature within 12 tiles. Force the target creature, and each creature within 2 tiles of that creature, to make a DEX saving throw verus 10+Your Dexterity. On a failed save, the target creature takes 3d8+5 fire damage immediately and 1d6 fire damage at the end of each turn for 3 turns. A successful saving throw will deal half damage and will not place a DoT on the target.
