Overpowering Build. You are considered one size larger for the purposes of grappling and shoving, as well as when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Heavy Carapace. You have a massive, chitinous plating covering your body, the deflective power of which scales directly off of your own toughness. When you aren't wearing armor, your AC is 13 + your Constitution modifier. You can use your heavy carapace to determine your AC if the armor you wear would leave you with a lower AC. The benefits of a shield made using your natural armament apply as normal while you use your heavy carapace.
Major Toughness. Your hit point maximum increases by 1, and it increases by 1 every time you gain a level.
Bulky. You have disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.
