Instigator. One creature the you can see within 30 feet of it can use its reaction to make a melee attack if it can hear the you. After you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Gnoll's resilience When an attacker that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to gain resistanse to bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage until the start of your next turn. After you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Insidious
Ability Score Increase: +2 dex
Sudden Rush. As an action until the end of the turn, the gnoll's speed increases by 60 feet and it doesn't provoke opportunity attacks. After you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Keen Hearing and Smell. You has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
