Apians
Apians are a highly successful, bee-like race of nature spirits found all over Folia. While they lack a great stature, they more than make up for it with their strong wills and senses of community. Many of them live within their own isolated communities where they work hard and defend one another, while others live more solitary lives where they get along with other people they meet.
Apian society values valor, cooperation, and the protection of others. Consequently, they have a strong knightly tradition.
Apians are naturally strong fliers, and can embark on long journeys even when carrying a heavy load. Those that grew up within an apian community are trained with armor and weapons, so that they can be ready to face great threats at any time.
Apians have a strong gift-giving culture, and are especially excellent brewers. The meaderies of the lifebramble apians are legendary.

Apian Wings: Because of your strong bee wings, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can wear any armor and still retain the ability to fly, no matter how much it may violate the laws of aerodynamics. Apian Weapon Training: You are proficient with the spear, javelin, pike, and lance. Apian Strength: You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift. Honeygifts: You are proficient with brewer's tools. Using your knowledge of honey, pollen, and nectar, you can brew a special candy or drink, called an Apian Ambrosia. At the end of the rest, or with 1 hour of work, you create an edible and delicious treat which restores hitpoints equal to your level. The treat lasts for 24 hours before spoiling, unless special preservatives are added.
