spellcasting:
Spellcasting Being a Sylvestri, at 1st level you can cast spells from the air spell list.
  Spells Known of 1st Level and Higher You know two 1st-level spells of your choice from the air spell list.
  Additionally, when you gain a level in this class, you can choose one of the air spells you know and replace it with another spell from the air spell list, which also must be of a level for which you have spell slots.
  Spellcasting Ability Charisma is your spellcasting ability for your air spells, since your magic draws on your breathing and the air around you. You use your Charisma whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Charisma modifier when setting the saving throw DC for an air spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.
    Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier
    Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier

Scent of the Wind
Beginning at 1st level, you are able to detect the direction of nearby creatures as long as there is an open path to it.   Lightfooted
Beginning at 2nd level, you gain +10ft to your speed and have double proficiency to stealth rolls.   Subclass Unlock
Beginnning at 3rd level, you may choose your ranger path.   Ability Score Improvement
Upon reaching 4th level, add +2 to any of your ability scores.   Choose Feat
Also at 4th level, pick an additional feat.   Needle in the Wind
Beginning at 5th level, Windy conditions no longer give disadvantage on your ranged weapon attack rolls.
