Jǫkullbúi is a phoenix of massive size, a follower of Geislíss. Unlike many pheonix envelopped in flame, Jǫkullbúi is not only covered in frost, snow, and ice, but also lacking a pulse. a creature of undeath.

Frozen Snap and Ressurection. When Jǫkullbúi dies, it implodes. Each creature within 100ft of it must make a DC strength throw or be pulled 40 feet. after the pull if they are 100ft away they take 22 (4d10) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. If they are pulled within 40ft of the creature they must make another DC 15 constitution save or be turned into ice. The explosion destroys the phoenix's body and leaves behind a 5 pound egg shaped diamond. The diamond is freezing cold, dealing 21 (6d6) cold damage to any creature that touches it, though no more than once per round. The Diamond is immune to all damage, after 1d6 days it hatches a baby albino (living) ice phoenix. When this Phoenix dies it gains all memories of being Jǫkullbúi, however none while it was living. Cold Ghastly Form. Jǫkullbúi can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. Any creature that touches the phoenix or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 5 (1d10) cold damage. In addtion, the phoenix can enter a hostile creatur's space and stop there. The first time it enters a creatur's space on a turn, that creature takes 5 (1d10) cold damage. With a touch it can also freeze objects that aren't worn or carried (no action needed) Flyby. The phoenix doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach. Illumination. The phoenix sheds bright pale blue light in a 60-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet. Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the phoenix fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead. Siege Monster. The phoenix deals double damage to objects and structures.
Multiattack. The phoenix makes two attacks: one with its beak and one with its fiery talons. Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 8) cold damage. If the target is a creature they begin to freeze. Until a creature takes an action to break off ice, the target takes 5 (1d10) cold damage at the start of each of its turns. Frozen Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) cold damage and 8 (1d8 + 4) Radiant damage.
The phoenix can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The phoenix regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. Peck. The phoenix makes one beak attack. Move. The phoenix moves up to its speed. Gieseliss' Undying Breath. Can only be used at the end of the initaGieseliss' Undying Breath, Jǫkullbúi can target one Frostwind zombie for each action and detonate them. Swoop (Costs 2 Actions). The phoenix moves up to its speed and attacks with its Frozen talons. Gieseliss' Blessing (Costs 3 actions). The Phoenix exhales an icy blast in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw, taking 54 (12d8) Radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Can only be used Once per day
On initiative count 20 (losing ties) Jǫkullbúi can take a lair action to cause one of the following efffects. It can't use the same effect two rounds in a row;
