This item allows you to, as an action, create a 10 ft spherical shield of protection centred on the relic. The shield has 20 HP and can not be passed through by non-magical means. The shield moves with the relic but any outside force on the shield is imparted on the relic itself. If the shield breaks it cannot be used again until the user takes a long rest.

Half of an arcane rune. It's around the size of your palm and has a magic energy flowing from it.
