Precision Shooting - hold the weapon with both hands to increase chance to hit, +7 to hit as an attack (must be held with both hands, no offhand)
Flashbulb - Switch the fire mode to expend an extra packet, dealing an additional 1d6 radiant damage and possibly blind the target. The target must make a Constitution saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + Proficiency Bonus + Intelligence Modifier or be blinded until the start of your next turn.
Loading: Fast reload (load 3 packets) with a bonus action. Requires a full action to reload completely. If dual-wielded, both a bonus action and action must be taken to reload.
Jamming: On a critical failure, roll a 1D12, if it lands on a 1, the weapon is jammed and requires a bonus action (D&D5E) or an action point (PF2E) to clear the jam

Additional Properties
CQC - +5 bonus to hit if between 30 and 10 feet of the target, no disadvantage if target is in melee range
Atmospheric Dispersal - The weapon loses 1 damage dice at ranges greater than its effective range
Incendiary - Targets struck with this weapon's attacks must make a Constitution saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + Your Proficiency Bonus + Intelligence Modifier or take 1d4 Fire damage at the start of each of their turns for 2 of their turns. Will ignite any flammable objects as well.
Laser Weaponry - Instantaneous attacks grant higher precision and accuracy, granting twice the Proficiency Bonus on attack rolls.
The Vspyshka, or 'Flashbulb' was originally an experimental design early after the great war but as the technology matured, so did the design. It is probably the most common example available of a working handheld laser weapon. Its original design was intended to blind hostile nations' astronauts if engaged in a tense situation, but its power per cartridge was brought up substantially so it's a lot more threatening than the super-bright flashbulb it once was. It's a chemically-powered laser revolver.
