Once per long rest gain Arcane Eye which you can use without expending a spell slot, alternatively you can gain Clairvoyance which you can use without expending a spell slot but you must choose to use one or the other per long rest. When ethier spell is cast using the amulet, creatures that can see the sensor instead see a spectral raven.

The amulet appears as the skull of a raven, the amulet is stringed and the string is adhorned with feathers, a purple gemstone lays on the ravens forehead that glows with magical energy when the amulet is used.
