Once per long rest gain Misty Step which you can use once without expending a spell slot. When you use the amulet or any other time you use Misty Step if you choose, you instead transform into a cloud of bats while teleporting who fly immediately in a direct line to the location you teleport to. While in this form, if your teleportation causes you to pass through the space occupied by another creature you immediately cast Sapping Sting and heal by a number of hitpoints equal to the necrotic damage dealt.

The amulet appears as the skull of a bat corded with bones, all plated with a thin layer of gold, red gemstones in the bats eyes glow with magical energy when the amulet is used.

Curse of Vampirism: When necrotic damage is inflicted using the amulet, there is a chance to contract Sanguinare Vampiris suffered by both the target and the wielder.
