This large decorative pot seems ordinary at first glance, but it harbors a powerful curse. While attuned to the pot, you have advantage on all saving throws against being poisoned, and you can cast the purify food and drink spell at will.

However, each time you cast purify food and drink or use a similar ability to cleanse an object or creature of poison, you must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 18). On a failed save, you fall under the curse of Vestin, becoming paranoid and distrustful of all creatures for 24 hours. While cursed, you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 18) whenever you wish to eat or drink anything.

Vestin's Cursed Pot is a simple but well-made pot that looks like it belongs in a well-off household. However, there is a sinister curse embedded within, waiting to afflict anyone who tries to use it for its mundane purpose.
