This bronze helmet with winged sides radiates a faint green glow from the eye slits. When you don this cursed helm, you gain a +1 bonus to AC and have advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks.

However, while wearing the helm, you are cursed. You cannot remove the helmet unless a remove curse spell is cast on you. Additionally, the helm imposes disadvantage on all Wisdom saving throws and perception checks, as your mind becomes fogged by Oldiuild's influence.

Once per day, when you are reduced to 0 hit points, the helm prevents you from falling unconscious and instead restores you to 1 hit point. After this effect occurs, the helm demands a sacrifice: You take 1d6 necrotic damage for every attack you make until the next dawn.

Oldiuild's Cursed Helm is a menacing-looking helmet with bronze wings on the sides, faint green light flickers within the eye slits. When you hold it, you feel a sinister presence brush against your mind.
