On a successful attunment:

User can use an action to use sight of winter (User is able to see how three people per day will die)

User are able to use Tammuz's Hand of Winter abilty (3/day)

- Tammuz's Hand of Winter: A dark drb of pure necrotic power appears in your hand, allowing you to make a melee spell attack. On a sucsseful hit the target take 3d8 nectrotic damage, redcuing the targets Max HP by the amount of damage done

User has a +4 to their dexterity

The grey glowing eye is bright and forever open. It requires no wrapping or preservation, due to the divine nature of it's donor.
To attune to the eye, one must wear it for 24 hours seeing violent visions of how everyone who comes in contact with the user will die.
Should a user attune to the eye succesfully they will gain the abilites of a being who has sat on a throne of death, and a ever cold chain will hold the glowing eye around the user's neck until their own death.
