The Oxinator was created to provide a person with oxygen while submerged underwater. Using the Oxinator is easy. Leave your Oxisphere on a boat or dry land, and put the Oxinator's mouthpiece in. The conjuration runes allow oxygen to be transported from the Oxisphere to your Oxinator, up to 100 ft. away. It can work through walls, underwater, undeground, etc.. This is extremely useful for underwater voyages, and areas with poisonous gas, smoke, or magical effects to be avoided.

The device works with two simple pieces. First a small metal canister, slightly bigger than a compass, with a wide tube shortly sticking out of one side to be used as a mouthpiece. Along with it, the Oxisphere, a metal sphere spotted with small holes, fitting in just the palm of your hand. Both parts rattle while moving around, caused by conjuration runes rattling in their hollow interiors.
