Immediatly after being submerged in water, your legs fuse into a fish tail. You gain a 40 ft. swim speed in this state and you can breath underwater. In addition, you can take the dash action as a bonus action while uderwater. The effect of the trousers ends if more than half your body is out of water. This item also works in reverse, turning races with a fish tail into legs, with a 30 ft. walk speed.

These trousers can be worn with light or medium armor.
