the commponent belt allows a builder to use building points and restok. restok lets a builder restore 1 bp for 1gp. it also has three slots for mithral and admanite cases, and three blueprint slots. If a checkpoint is reached you can restock with no money. A component belt can hold up to six building pouches, which allows a builder to hold up to six buildings at a time.
