The Arcanist’s Spellbook seems like an old spellbook once wielded by a great arcanist. The owner of the book can not be identified but it seems whoever owned it kept it in good care. The book is inscribed with golden runes and details and a few gemstones carved into the details.

The arcanist spellbook is an almost indestructible spellbook immune to water and
fire damage with great resistance to nonmagical attacks.

While attuned to the spellbook you gain +1 to your spellcasting ability when casting spells written into the spellbook. You can also prepare additional spells equal to your proficiency bonus.
