Rare Enchantment Requires Attunement

This fae bow creates its own arrows if the string is drawn without an arrow. Attacks using this bow have +3 to hit and damage, and ignore all cover(attacks against unseen targets still have disadvantage).   When you hit a creature with an arrow shot from this bow, you become charmed by that creature for 1 minute. While you are charmed in this way, your target is paralyzed for as long as you maintain direct eye contact. Also, you must always end your turn closer to a target you are charmed by.  (Note: attacks through cover leave a heart shaped hole through which you can see each other)
