• Winter's Precision: The wielder gains advantage on attack rolls made with Ullr's Frostbow during snowy or winter conditions.
• Frostbound: Creatures hit by Ullr's Frostbow must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have their movement speed reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn due to the chilling cold seeping into their veins.
• Ullr's Frostbow is considered a sentient weapon, with Ullr's spirit residing within it. While attuned to the bow, the wielder can communicate telepathically with Ullr, gaining insights into hunting, archery techniques, and survival in harsh winter environments.
• If the wielder engages in activities that are against Ullr's ethos, the bow might become dormant or even resist the wielder's commands until they atone for their actions.
