Rare Arcane, Transmutation Requires Attunement

Created by Aila Rose Kulta, with aid from Aurelius En, The En Crystal is an artificial Mana Gem made from Ember Shard Obsidian and Peryl, with the same properties as other Mana Gems, such as the most infamous one, Peryl Crystal. This allows them to be used in the creation of perpetual, low cost, rituals, artifice, and arcana-tech.
En Crystals recharge themselves over time from ambient weave within their range. This allows them to function for far greater lengths of time than other mana gems, though at the cost of their mana capacity being much lower.

The Lesser En Crystal starts with 4 charges. While this Lesser En Crystal is on your person, you can use an action to syphon magic from it, using some of its charges to regain one expended spell slot of a level equal to the number of charges you spend. While the Lesser En Crystal has less than 4 charges remaining, it regains 1 charge every 4 hours. If the En Crystal is ever fully depleted of charges, it takes twice as long (8 hours) to recover its first charge.

Requires Attunement to syphon magic from the En Crystal.
