Beech trees have distinctive low branches and thick quite straight trunks. The bark is seasonal and can be peeled off at the right time of year. When treated in boiling water it can be worked into something stronger than papyrus, but slightly more brittle. This is the ideal material for holding a powerful enchantment that doesn't need to last very long.
