The MDE Hecate III is a purpose-built Anti-Materiel rifle formerly used by The Westlands' former nations. Most of the models are engraved with "Ultima Ratio Regum" which in its original language, translates to "The Last Argument of Kings" - hinting at the weapon's intended use as a means to end an opponent's life with one shot. The Hecate III's muzzle brake has a very particular and unique blocky shape. It's a very easy to maintain rifle for what it is.
