As an action, you can attempt to charm any construct of Spy origin within 30ft of you and that you can see, even if that creature is normally immune to the charmed condition. The DC for this effect is equal to 8 + your Intelligence modifier + your profiency bonus.   Additionally, this staff can be used to interface with a variety of Spy technology. What that technology does and how it is activated using the staff depends on the target, but generally this is done as an action.
