The dirk is one of the most common Galaelish weapons across the isles, a long slender blade ideal for stabbing into armoured enemies. Dirks are used by all manner of Galaels regardless of class or origin; but its simplistic design makes it popular among both assassins and bandits. Dirks are traditionally worn on the hip by Yulcots, thigh or bicep by Mananan and wore on the back by Hibeireanns.
