Kruft Pallbearer Assault Rifle

Firearm

Rare

Assault Rifle, Martial, Ranged, Loading, 5.56 NATO, Light, Two-Handed   Magazine Size: 30 (each D8 counts as one shot)   Special Actions:
  • Precision Shooting - Shoot a single round (1d8 damage) to increase chance to hit, +5 to hit or negates disadvantage on long range.
  • Burst Fire - Fire three shots in quick succession (default)
  • Taking Cover - When behind cover you can spend a bonus action to stabilize your shots, while in that position your chance to hit increases, +3 to hit.
  • Rapid Fire - Fire six shots in quick succession, decreases your chance to hit, -3 to hit - Furthermore all shots will hit their mark if the target ac+5 was met or beaten. If only the target ac was met or beaten, then half the shots hit their mark.
  • Fast Reload - Uses a bonus action to fast reload (involves dropping unused ammunition from the revolver to pick up later)
  • Reload - Uses a full action to reload without the loss of spare ammunition
Jamming: On a critical failure, roll a 1D20, if it lands on a 4 or less, the weapon is jammed and requires a full action to clear the jam.   The Kruft Pallbearer is an assault rifle based on the HK416 as a base design. With this design choice Kruft returns to its German routes of Heckler & Koch. The Pallbearer is commonly deployed by the Neu-Hamburg Marine.
