Wondrous item, uncommon, requires attunement

when not in use this ornate helm will be split with

one half being black and the other white, the strange

metal makes it seems to change and shift according to

its users wishes. as a bonus action you may chose to

change it to night form or day form:

night: anytime you are dealt damage, treat any dice

that rolled its maximum value as having rolled its

minimum value

day: anytime you roll dice to determine damage, treat

any dice that rolled their minimum as having

rolled their maximum value.
