Leviathan's Grasp

Weapon

Legendary Surgical Requires Attunement

You have a +2 bonus to Strength checks and Strength saving throws while using this arm.   The arm can transform into a retractable harpoon as an action. This is a melee weapon that deals 1d8 piercing damage. Additionally, it has the Thrown property with a range of 20/60.   Requires Attunement: Attuning to the Leviathan's Grasp requires a short ritual and the amputation of the user's original arm (if it's still present), followed by a surgical process to attach the prosthetic. This is a painful process that requires specialized medical expertise and equipment. Once attuned, the prosthetic responds to the user's neural commands like a natural limb.   Drawbacks: The arm, due to its mechanical nature, is vulnerable to effects that target machinery specifically, such as electromagnetic pulses (EMPs). Additionally, maintaining the arm's function requires regular tune-ups and can be costly.   Note: This arm counts as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

This prosthetic arm, built from alien alloys and integrated with complex cybernetics, fully replaces Thalassa's lost limb. Its design is both utilitarian and menacing, with a semi-metallic sheen reflecting in the low light.
