Almost a direct competitor to the Uziel, the Morgan Arms ACM-10 is a similarly compact SMG that can be folded up for more maneuverability while sacrificing controllability. What's special about the ACM-10 is that it can have its ammunition swapped out for machine pistol rounds. This does come at a cost to range, however. It is also one of the few SMGs that has a bespoke suppressor. This bespoke suppressor improves controllability but they're incredibly hard to find in working condition. It is infamous as a 'pray and spray' firearm.
