Special Maneuvers
Precision Shooting - hold the weapon with both hands to increase chance to hit, +5 to hit.
Trickshot - Designate a specific body part to hit and deal specific conditions to the target (must be held with both hands).
Rapid Shooting - If dual-wielded, fire two bursts instead of one with a -5 to hit.
Loading: Uses a bonus action to fast reload (involves dropping the magazine to pick up later), requires a full action to reload and not drop the magazine. If dual-wielded, two actions must be taken to reload.
Jamming: On a critical failure, roll a 1D12, if it lands on a 3, the weapon is jammed and requires an action point to clear the jam
Handling: 1-handed
Additional Properties: CQC - Bonus of +5 to hit if between 30 and 10 feet of the target, no disadvantage if target is in melee range
Touted as one of the most reliable semi-automatic pistols developed before the Cataclysm, the Rybar Vz 75 is well-regarded and treasured by handgun enthusiasts. Good luck finding two of them. This particular handgun is, like the others, a short-recoil, semi-automatic, single/double action pistol. The small country that produced the Vz 75 was primarily developing it during peacetime and sold it off to whomever was buying at the time. They were relatively undisturbed by neighboring countries because they didn't have many rare resources and weren't in a particularly hotly contested area either.
