Motivation:
As a bonus action you can grant damage bonus equal to your cha mod to one friendly creature per turn. The effect lasts as many turns as your Charmer level. This effect cannot be stacked. Also, the creature taking the buff must make a wisdom roll of dc 15, to see whether it got distracted or not. If it got distracted, the first creature to attack it in that turn has advantage
Alternatively, you may grand them (2*your prof. bonus) + your cha mod temp hp.
in the case that the creature getting the buff is attracted to you (must be rollplayed), you may multiply the effects by 3 , but have disadvantage on avoiding getting distracted

Friendly creatures within 10 feet of you are immune to the fear state
Reliable talent:
Choose one skill, in which you can treat rolls lower than 10 as 10
