Luminari

The Luminari are a curious species, always focused on advancing technology and magic in an attempt to make life easier for the people of the world. Luminari tend to veer towards the neutral alignment due to their natural curiosity, and can be easily conscripted into inventing for both good and evil aligned people and organizations.

Dark Vision - Can see up to 60ft away in Dim or Low Lighting Luminescence - All Luminari emit a faint glow from their bodies, causing any dark area they are in to become dim lighting. This does not apply to magically induced darkness. This causes them to have disadvantage on Stealth checks in dark areas. Waterbreathing - Can breathe underwater
All Luminari have blindly white skin that emits a faint glow, and there are two types of eyes a Luminari can have. They either have an entirely solid colored eye, or they have a slitted pupil, with the sclera being their eye Color. A Luminari's hair constantly seems like it's ends are floating in the water, and they commonly keep their hair longer as a result, since most Luminari find the effect quite pretty, and fascinating to watch. They have webbing between their fingers, which will be the same color as their eyes. Luminari have long, thin tails with a dully glowing light at the end. This light grows brighter when they feel strong emotions, like the webbing, it will match their eye color. Luminari's hair and eyes can come in any color imaginable, from pink to grey. However said colors will always be very pastel and faded. Luminari have pointed ears, with males tending to have longer ears than females.
