1-level Transmutation
By collecting and manipulating water from the air and other sources you unleash a high pressured jet of water. The jet of water is 30 feet long and 5 feet wide blasts out from you in a direction choose. Each creature in the line makes a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 2d6 piercing damage on a failed saving throw and if a creature entire body is inside the line they are pushed 15 away from you. On a successful save a creature only takes half as much damage and isn't pushed back.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell at a 2nd level or higher spell slot you deal an additional 1d6 damage per spell slot level above 1st
