A translucent white gem that has a small breeze flowing around it, allowing it to float inches off of the whatever surface is below it. Being attuned to a clear air shard allows a creature to cast gust and mage hand at will. In addition if the creature needs to breath air, they do not need to breath.The clear air shard has 9 charges which can be used to cast the following spells at their base level; Wind Cutter (1 Charge), Warding Winds (2 Charges), Wind Wall (3 Charges). These spells are casted with a DC of 15 or a +7 spellcasting bonus. When the last charge is used up, roll a d10, on a 1 the shard shatters and a wind picks up the fragments and whisks them away
