Elf

The elves are an isolated kind, changed by the waves of wild magic that once swept Exatol. Now, these creatures have been transformed by the same arcane energy that destroyed their home, changing them into strange, humanoid beings with abilities that many do not understand.

race features:
Elven arcana: You have proficiency in the arcana skill.   Keen Senses: You have proficiency in the Perception skill.   Fey Ancestry: You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.   Trance: Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. (The Common word for such meditation is “trance.”) While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
The elves are descendants of the fey and naturally magic creatures, but their innate magic was their biggest downfall. Now, when their magic failed them, they have become mutated due to their arcane nature, each elf is different, some have animal features due to their closeness to nature, some have started isolated communities in the north   Elves are often a bit shorter than humans, and usually have a slender body. They do not live longer than the average human unless some sort of mutation allows them to. Many elves, due to their changes are physically different. Some have antlers, some have rocky grey skin.   There are various elf subgroups, the most prominent ones are the wild elves, often found in Kaelia, the sun elves of the southern ring, and the mountain elves of the north.
