Talirin

Talirin seem not to come from anywhere specific, But instead specifically popping up over the course of the Slave centuary starting around 80 years ago. This species was and still is the most utilized race in Totalis' slave sector.

If you choose this Race it is very unlikely you were ever captured, Rather you were born and raised in slavery itself, Known for slavery Synonomous with opression. No nobles or powers to represent you, Having never had a voice or will. Because of this most Talirin are very undeveloped mentally, Only knowing what masters or superiors tell them and having to accept them at face value.

Any Talirin that does escape this fate is expected to be extremely Curious, Cautious, Spiteful or all of the above.
ability score increase: Completely sub-race dependant.
age: This race matures at the exact same rate as humans if sometimes a little faster, Reaching full maturity anywhere between 16-20. Usually living to 60.
Size: Medium
speed: 30ft
Languages: Common
race features:
Lack of belonging

Very few have a clear understanding of your race, Even your own kind can have difficulty (And that can mean you too), And if anyone does they've never told anyone. People will often not know what to expect from you unless they have extensive experience with slavery and the Talirin in the past. This means Skepticism and Curiosity are typical reactions to your exitence.
Talirin will usually take up around 3 characteristics from the species their named after. Usually a change around their head, An addition of a tail, and sometimes a change to their skin or larger body. Often times visible, What they are will be dependant on the sub-race they represent.
