Mist Form
The Hellshriek can use an action to turn itself into a shadowy mist, becomming immune to all attacks and has advantage on Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution saving throws, and it is immune to nonmagical damage. It is able to move itself up to 50 ft, through small holes, narrow openings, and even mere cracks, though it treats liquids as though they were solid surfaces. It can't fall and remains hovering in the air even when stunned or otherwise incapacitated.   While in the form of a misty cloud, the target can't talk or manipulate objects, and any objects it was carrying or holding can't be dropped, used, or otherwise interacted with. The target can't attack or cast spells.   Hellish Screech
As an action the Hellshriek can let loose a terrifying screech, causing those within a 60 ft cone to make a DC 14 Wisdom save, taking 16 ( 3d10 ) phsychic damage on a fail, half as much on a success.

Actions

Multiattack: The Hellshriek can use two melee attacks on each of its turns. One with its razor fangs and once with its phantom claws.   Razor Fangs: Melee Weapon Attack +7 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit 13 ( 2d8+4 ) piercing damage plus 10 ( 3d6 ) necrotic damage.   Phantom Claws: Melee Weapon Attack +7 to hit, reach 10 ft, one target. Hit 15 ( 2d10+4 ) slashing plus 10 ( 3d6 ) cold damage.

The ground cracked and tore assunder, from it a hot fiery glow emanated while burning arcane sigils appeared, surrounding this rent in the earth. The hole grew till it must have been almost twenty foot wide. Then, from within, burst up a horrific beast wreathed in shadowed silver. With a terrifying screech, that shook everyone to the core, it rose high into the sky. For a moment it seemed to hang in the air then descended on the unfortunate folk below. None were left alive.
  The Hellshriek is a large phantom of pure black shadow with what appears to be almost a silvery sheen. Summoned from the depths of the Abyssal plane, this monster is pure, unadulterated rage that wreaks havoc to everything in it's path. Leaving just death and devastation in its wake. To gaze up at this demonic beast is to look upon your own pending doom, as it descends to tear into your flesh with razor sharp fangs and claws. There is no escaping its wrath.
