The Bore mutation is often chosen by people working as professional bodyguards, bouncers, and other careers that require an intimidating physique. While these people didn't take to giving themselves a name, many have taken to calling them "Tuskers", a name born on the streets in reference to the way the tusks of such people will malform their jaws.

Ironhead
At 1st level, when you choose this mutation, your forehead grows thicker and protrudes slightly further from your face. As a result, you gain a headbutt attack which deals bludgeoning damage equal to 1d8 + your Strength modifier on a successful hit. When used against creatures of a smaller size category, the damage of a successful headbutt attack increases by +2 for every size category below your own.
Head Bristles
At 1st level, upon choosing this mutation, your hair grows very thick and becomes sensitive. Sneak attacks against you gain disadvantage.
At 14th level, this ability improves. If a creature attempts to make a sneak attack against you and fails, you may make an attack of opportunity against the creature.
Tusk Growth
At 6th level, your lower canines begin to grow thick and turn into tusks. As a result, you develop an underbite. With your tusks, you gain a bite attack which deals piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier. On a successful hit, you may make a Strength save against the creature's Strength score. On a successful save, deal an additional 1d8 damage and rip out a chunk from the creature. If this is successful, the creature has disadvantage on all melee attacks and Strength saving throws until healed.
At 14th level, this ability improves. Your tusks grow much larger, deforming your lower jaw, and your bite attack becomes a tusk attack, which deals piercing damage equal to 2d6 + your Strength modifier. If you are successful in ripping a chunk out from your target, the damage is now 1d10 + your strength modifier, and they cannot use the limb you damaged.
Boar's Relentlessness
At 10th level, your mutation begins to take hold on your brain. Your eyes become smaller and sink into your head slightly. If you take damage equal to 10 + your Constitution modifier or less that brings you to 0hp, instead you are reduced to 1hp.
This feature cannot be used again until you complete a short or long rest.
Dire Tusker
At 14th level, your mutation progresses in severity. Your back develops a savage hunch, your legs become thicker, your size reduces by 2ft., and your face elongates into a moderate snout. You gain a Reckless Charge attack. You choose a target more than 15ft. away from you in a straight line, and charge. On a successful hit, the target takes damage from your Tusk attack and your Headbutt attack, in addition to +2 damage for every 5ft. traveled to reach your target. You cannot attempt to rip a piece of the target from your tusk attack when using Reckless Charge. On a successful hit, the target must make a Strength saving throw, the DC for which is 10 + your Strength modifier, or be rendered prone.
Additionally, your features from this mutation improve as detailed in their descriptions.
