Size: Small

race features:
Your Ailuri character has a number of traits in common with all other Ailuri.   Darkvision: You have keen senses, especially in the dark. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.   Friendly and Trusting Nature: Thanks to your kind-hearted and friendly nature, you have proficiency in Persuasion, but take a disadvantage against Deception.   Panda's Claws: Because of your claws, you have a climbing speed of 20 feet. In addition, your claws are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.   Lampworker: You have proficiency with artisan tools (Glassblower’s Tools).
The diminutive Ailuri survives by avoiding notice or, barring that, avoiding offense. Standing about 20–25 in, and their tail is 11–23 in long. They appear relatively harmless and so have managed to survive in the shadow of empires, avoiding wars and political strife. They are inclined to be slender, weighing between 8.2 to 13.7 pounds.   River Ailuri’s skin is covered in a long, soft, reddish-brown to bright pink fur on the upper parts and blackish fur on the lower parts. While Mountain Ailuri has blueish-white to bright purple fur on their upperparts, dark plumb fur on the lower parts. Both have a light face with tear markings and white badges similar to those of a raccoon, and their hair is usually shoulder length and wavy. They have blue or hazel eyes. They like to wear simple, comfortable, and practical clothes, favoring bright colors.   Ailuri's practicality extends beyond their clothing. They’re concerned with basic needs and simple pleasures and have little use for ostentation. Even the wealthiest of Ailuri keep their treasures locked in attics rather than on display for all to see.
