Islander humans who's ancestors few up sailing between the numerous islands of the Beaded Isles. Still fairly nomadic, they settle the urge be traveling between the main small villages and towns through the island chain. A very free spirited people who chafe under strict leadership.

Taller then most other humans, with darker skin and very vibrant eye colors. Their years of living and traveling over the waters has made them a nimble and balanced people. Hair is usually darker and is moderately wavy. A curious feature of Celic is they have an extra set of incisor teeth that have replaced a set of their back molars. Useful for the standard ocean diet.
