Sniper

Through much study and practice, you have mastered ranged weapons. You gain the following benefits:

• Ignore Disadvantage when Attacking at long range on your ranged weapon attack rolls.
• Ignore half cover and three-quarters cover when using ranged weapon attacks.
• Before you make an attack with a ranged weapon that you are proficient with, you can choose to take a penalty to the attack roll. If the attack hits, you add that removed penalty*2 to the attack’s damage. IE If one takes a -5 they can get a +10 on a hit.
