After death, your soul had drifted throughout the Astral Sea, where each of the elemental planes resides. As you drifted through, your mind and soul synergized with your surroundings to the point where you became part of the Sea itself. Even upon receiving your mortal body back, your skin and features resemble the stars in some way no matter what race you were in death.

From the Brink.

Once per day: When your hit points fall to 0 in combat, you forcefully bring your soul back to your body. You instantly gain 1 hit point and become intangible until your next turn.

One with the Forces.

At the beginning of the battle initiative, you may roll a 1d4. Each number represents an element of the Astral Sea. The first time you are to be hit with the element you rolled, the damage becomes 0.
