If your familiar has not moved since your last turn, you may sacridice it's ability to have a reaction until your next turn and in return you receive an action surge. This let's you use a 2nd action on your next turn. 
This works on a charge based system. You may hold up to your proficiency modifier amount of charges and. You gain 1 charge on a long rest. 
You may only use 1 action surge per turn.
